Line animation occasionally double draws

Occasionally, the animation for the line will show as completed, then suddenly erase and animate, as the tutorial slide is appearing.

Additionally, It can happen both at the beginning of the animation, as well as in the middle of the animation.

Same problem ...
When it draws the first line (vertical) there's no issue.
Then the second line (horizontal) starts drawing, dissappear and then redraw.
It's like a quick blink.
It doesn't occurs all the time but like 3/4 of the time.
