error in running v2rayng core

hello
i download v2rayng core . and extract files.
I already had a copy of v2rayng. But I want to update it. I wanted to overwrite the new files on the files of the previous version, but I saw that the files are different. That's why I did this in a new folder. When running, I get an error saying that it should be net desktop runtime. to install what should i do
