更新到V7.8.3版本后为啥V2fly的无法使用了

1、在文件夹 (D:\v2rayN-6.X\bin\v2fly) 下未找到Core文件 (文件名:v2ray)，请下载后放入文件夹，下载地址: https://github.com/v2fly/v2ray-core/releases 提示以上错误，在core类型设置中也没 v2fly 选项了！
2、在core类型中选择Xray 类型的Core 就是无法代理上网，也不知道问题出在哪里？有没哪个大神指导一下小弟哈

鼠标左键点击一个节点，ctrl +a 全选节点，右键选择测试真链接延迟,测试结果不会全是-1吧 .试过同步系统时间吗

端口也改了也不行，同步系统时间也一样不行，测试真链接延迟,测试结果全是-1 。但是用sing_box 测试一样都是-1也都能代理上网，就是现在使用xray的就是不行
