How to get music files

I was messing with disks recently and i wanted to make my own music disks. But i can't upload it, because its 8mb. But songs in your disk is just few bytes. What am I doing wrong?

You can't upload "real" music files into this PC, everything what you can do is upload to your gmod sound folder, then create .gms file on PC where will be path to this source file. Just read any gms file (by view using F4 probably) and you will see format.
