Describe the feature

The feature is a chatbot integration for enhanced user interaction, embedded seamlessly within the application. The idea is to implement a dynamic chatbot frame using React’s useEffect to load the Chatbase widget script upon component mount, ensuring clean setup and teardown. For the approach, React handles rendering while Chatbase provides the chatbot interface, with options for customizing the widget’s appearance and behavior.
