Сгенерировать уникальный UUID при первом запуске приложения

Сохранять его в SharedPreferences или DataStore

Использовать как идентификатор пользователя:

для Telegram-бота
аналитики
потенциальных внешних систем

Реализация:

val uuid = UUID.randomUUID().toString() (однократно)
Ключ user_uuid
Метод getOrCreateUUID()
