In [this site]https://augur.gitbook.io/augur/contracts/overview#initial-report-bond, the bond, which is dynamically adjusted according to how many designated reports were incorrect , is called as initial reporter bond.
But in the whitepaper, the bond is called as designated reporter bond.
Which is the official name?
