Please can a submodule be created for Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/runCommands to the avm/res/compute/virtual-machine

@matebarabas Not sure if here is the correct place for it or as a separate request, but it would be useful if the extension module in avm/res/compute/virtual-machine would also be converted to a child module.

Hi @paul-e-martin, thanks for your feedback. Let me share some insights and also gauge your expectations: we're currently in the middle of a PoC on how to handle child modules. Once this is concluded, we'll be able to publish child resources separately. These will be handled by the module owner(s) of the resource in question. In case of the VM module, it's @rahalan - I've also just reached out to him internally to draw his attention to this. Thanks!
