Transferring Bicep modules from 1 ACR to another

Hi,

Would anyone know a way to do this.
The setup would be that we have a client that would need to take advantage of our supplied modules. Copy them to another ACR. To then use or edit these modules to theire liking and push them to another Bicep ACR or just use it to update the scripts on their end.

for now when i try to do it the manual way:

docker pull ACRLINK/bicep/modules/tagging:v1.01
v1.01: Pulling from bicep/modules/tagging
unsupported media type application/vnd.ms.bicep.module.config.v1+json

I just tried to docker pull a module and I am getting this error:
unable to fetch descriptor (sha256:...) which reports content size of zero: invalid argument

Anyone faced this?
