Issue: dmt is not available as native ARM64 for devices that are running natively on ARM64. Windows and macOS can run x64 versions due to there translation capabilities, but ARM64 Linux cannot run x64 version of dmt.

Solution: Native ARM64 versions of dmt should be available for each respective OS.
