Enable Alarm/Timer Dismissal via Notification Swipe

Swiping on the notification after an alarm completes doesn't turn off the alarm, unlike the behavior in Google Clock. The same issue occurs when a timer completes.

Swiping on the notification should turn off the timer or alarm.

Problem
Currently, after swiping the notification, the timer can be turned off within the app. However, the alarm should be completely turned off immediately upon swiping.
