I created the branch v3.2 which contains the last updated version. It will be a stable and stand-alone branch.
The master branch will receive updates regularly. Therefore, if you want to base a new model on a stable version, use v3.2 branch as your WSNET core.
Whenever another stable release is out, developers of models will be alerted on what changes for their models (if anything changes) in terms of APIs, Libraries, Paths, etc from the precedent version to the one released.
I called 3.2 as we don't change much of the APIs nor the kernel to justify a v4.
I will create a roadmap towards the v4 so that we can have a better view on what should be included.
