PolyPen Quad Adjustment Scrolling

When working with PolyPen's quad insert mode, it would be really helpful to be able to adjust the insert a bit manually when the automatic adjustments don't quite line up with what you want.

Hotkey proposal, for while the preview is active and right after inserting:

• Ctrl Scroll - Adjust segment count
• Ctrl Alt Scroll - Rotate edge
• Ctrl Shift Scroll - Scale edge

The adjusting segment count would be new for PolyPen, but it would be a great option so you can draw out straight strips in one click instead of one click per segment.
