Query to AWS Athena fails - says needs glue:CreateTable action needed

**Describe the bug**
Connection to AWS Athena works as expected to create model. But unable to preview or query the model. The error thrown says there is need for glue:CreateTable action - which is not needed for a SELECT statement.
