Resurrect log_visitors?
Try something like Google Analytics? Looks like using GA is possible:

Using GA means storing usage data on Google's servers. So that means things like the IP addresses of our users and the hostnames of our apps (i.e. http://192.168.104.203:5000 and http://192.168.104.203:8000).
Is that a problem?

We'll also need to create google accounts for our phila.gov emails
