User Story / Job to be Done / Problem
As a user, I want to be able to click the full button and not only the text label

Potential solution ideas
Give onClick function to Button instead of only using anchors for link

Additional context
Anchor text are usefull for accessibility since screen readers don't read the buttons

bitbeckers added the enhancement label
