目前需要为旦挞客户端维护的内容非常多（学期、问候语、公告、Banner、最新版本）。

为了保证数据及时更新（例如避免忘记更新学期开学日期），需要建立说明文档指示各个需维护的数据来源、更新方式、更新频率。

该问题目前阻碍 DanXi-Dev/DanXi#453。

确实需要这样的文档。但该文档需要在 GitHub 上维护吗？如果使用飞书在内部维护，可以更方便地设置自动提醒等工作流。
