Ok, so this is a reply from a uBlock guy, he provided this filter:
But is shows a black bar within the word. He also mentioned the following: "This is proof of concept - color is not adjusted to exactly match the text. I checked it on few articles, even have it in My filters now, and I'm subscribing GH RSS feed. There are more tricks like this. You can change text color to color of the background in I believe it's also possible to reduce the height of the parent element to hide the last line behind the bottom edge." But i have no idea how to approach this :( |

Because I'm not a fan of how they've implemented this stuff. Also, I was wondering about the purpose of that upvote button.. |

@Yuki2718 There is a stray comment here that you forgot to remove on this commit. Might want to remove it to avoid future confusion. |

@stephenhawk8054 There is an extraneous space you accidentally added before a filter in uBlockOrigin/uAssets@5215514 quite some time ago. |

I've noticed from a mostly unrelated E-mail tip that https://github.com/brave/adblock-resources/blob/master/filter_lists/list_catalog.json does not show AdGuard Base Filter as an opt-out or opt-in list. Are there any particular reasons for it? I'd understand it if it's a factor that it's unclear which list version Team Brave would want to use for Brave Shield (There's versions of Base Filter specifically for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Browser Extension, etc., as well as "Optimized" list versions for all or almost all of those devices), and that Team AdGuard may not have it thought it through when they decided to stop generating versions of "Base Filter without EasyList" for all products except uBO; https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/ublock/filters/2_without_easylist.txt works, whereas https://filters.adtidy.org/windows/filters/2_without_easylist.txt worked in the early 2020's but nowadays doesn't. I'm at least hoping the situation isn't just a conflict-of-interest somewhere between Brave/AdGuard/EasyList/others, but I've become very curious about possible reasons, no matter what the reasons would turn out to be. I admit I could've just asked about it at https://github.com/brave/adblock-resources/issues since no reports or PR there have mentioned Base Filter before, but I'd be in a very bad position without a "without EasyList" list version that could in any way be adapted directly from AdGuard→Brave instead of AdGuard→uBO→Brave or something along those lines. |

The newest adblock repo to bite the dust, i.e. taken down by GitHub due to supposed ToS violations, is Mitchell Krogza's "Phishing Database". I'd honestly be surprised if he'd manage to get it overturned, so I can't really stress this enough: If even remotely viable, you all should set up GitLab mirroring for all of you guys' adblocking-related repos through their Open Source support programme. I know I have. |

It's been almost 3 months since I submitted mediumkreation/IndianList#10293 to IndianList, and it doesn't seem like mediumkreation has acknowledged its existence yet. I feel I should begin to get a bit concerned about whether IndianList listens to reports from its users or not. |

I'm heading on vacation to the Riviera on early Wednesday morning (29 January) CET, and am very unlikely to be able to fix any potential problems in my lists (or anyone else's lists) until around Saturday daytime. If something critical needs to be handled, I can only presume that iam-py-test will be in pretty much full charge of my lists (except a.txt) in the meantime. |

I checked this morning if EasyList had become any better at processing GitHub user reports since I last checked them a year or so ago, and the answer seems to be an indisputable "No". From what I can calculate in a hurry based on https://github.com/easylist/easylist/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aclosed&page=1, ≤12 reports have been fixed in the past 30 days. When the repo has 764 reports at the time of writing, it's an absolute joke, and a rather bad joke too. So if anyone were to wonder why I almost always submit my reports to AdGuard Filters instead, this is the reason why. |

I understand the disdain for Twitter and its removal in the Browsing Websites w/o Logging in list, but a lot of municipalities, local governments, etc still rely on Twitter for real time announcements. Local police departments, my alma mater, local reporters, etc all use it. I get the problems with Musk and Twitter, but at the same time I think forcing people to log in and create accounts doesn't help either. Some people just want information. For instance, Silver alerts always go to Twitter links. If I have to login to read about a missing elderly person, I'm just not going to bother. |

The de jure sequel to #63, with some mid-major changes:
• Most of the previous rules apply; however, they are less frequently acted on by me (Dandelion Sprout) due to my sloth stamina that make me unfit to apply rulebooks by the exact letter. iam-py-test has been given rights to govern, create new rules, and hide or delete comments deemed as highly unserious.
• One new rule as per
• If you fear a miscarriage of justice could occur, or believe that one has taken place, https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/discussions is a possible alternate community to discuss community stuff.
• Before posting here, check that there aren't any generals in https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/discussions that are better suited for your post, as the plan is to create additional generals for specific topics.
• To report issues about websites directly affected by my lists, see https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/issues/new/choose or (for

lists) #163.Additional rules:
• 12th of February 2023: Cases of uncalmable extreme panic are subject to comment deletions and blocks; as are block-evasion alts.
• 17th of March 2023: Posting accounts should generally not come across like basic bots (e.g. word-replacers or such), and should be prepared to prove they are human on short notice.
• 11th of July 2024: If a hidden, secret, private or offline source for entries is hinted to, talked about or linked to, you agree to that I/we will have dirt on you. Publicly available sources are not affected by this.
