Allow Service dragn-drop ordering

What problem will this feature address?

I have OCD .. i want my stuff ordered , or even better the possibility to make separate cateogries for my Apps, DB instances.

Describe the solution you'd like

An Edit Layout button.
And then drag-n-drop.
SAVE.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Would be also cool, 1 step forward to allow to make categories (in which u can order).
Example (in my case),
Category 1 - Applications
Category 2 - Databases
Category 3 - Scripts
