Introduce about section and user manual section

Let's add a section on how to use the calculator and another section on the motivation of the project. It is reasonable to place these sections after the calculator itself since the calculator is exactly 100vh tall. This might also cause issues when scrolling, so it possible that we need to reduce the height of the calculator, so that the user can see that they can scroll down to other sections.
