if it's late at night, maybe you want mommy to give you different compliments/encouragements than during the day! mommy should be time-aware, and allow the user to indicate that some prompts should only occur during specific hours!

how to configure this? no idea. after all, the current configuration format is completely unsuitable, and no way in heck am i going to change that!
