Only "highlightForeground" seems to still be missing (the others were added over time) but it is unknown what it does.

highlightForeground
Foreground color for regions added via sublime.add_regions() with the sublime.DRAW_OUTLINED flag added.

I co-wrote that section with @guillermooo, but I was unable to actually reproduce what he wrote as description there. The section is still not finished, unfortunately.

I noticed that selectionForeground is also missing, if it does anything at all (iirc not).
