After the first mobile phone is wirelessly connected to the computer, the second and third mobile phones can be successfully connected to the computer via USB, but when I want to connect the second mobile phone wirelessly, an error occurs

likethis:cannot connect to 192.168.5.10:5555: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (10061)
