HTML export for offline delivery

Since we deploy our software to air gapped or heavily restricted network enviroments it usually isn't possible for our users to access the online documentation while interacting with our product. Hence, we would like to export our customer documentation into a static html page and deliver it alongside our product to allow offline access to the documentation in a more convenient way than providing a static pdf.

The impact for us is somewhere around medium (very nice to have) to high. There are ways we can deal with it (PDF Export, pointing to the online documentation for a companion device, ...) but none of that is "well integrated"
