Scheduler Element

A custom element wrapper for the FullCalendar library.
The scheduler element version 0.1 comes with a set of attributes and methods that can be used to customize and manipulate the scheduler. Also, the component dispatches events based on user interactions with the scheduler ( drag an event, navigation, changing view, etc )
