How to know if job is aborted? #2500

If the job is running and server restarted for some reason. The job shows in Processing Jobs list with ! sign says "Looks like the job was aborted" and its state shows In Process.
In dotnet core, When I fetch the list of processing jobs, this job appears in the list with other job, but doesn't show any difference. How do we know that this job is aborted, so we could delete it?
