[Enhancement] Preserve Scarecrow's Song Through Time / [Timesaver] Skip Playing Scarecrow's Song

This is a two-part suggestion.

First, an enhancement that, when turned on, will preserve the song you create for Pierre the Scarecrow when going back in time, so that it can still be used instead of you having to play it for him again.

Separately, a timesaver similar to the one in SoH, where if you have already created the Scarecrow's Song for Pierre then you only need to pull out your instrument near a scarecrow spawn point for him to appear, without needing to play the song.
