[Enhancement] Port over the Speed Modifiers from SoH to 2Ship

I don't want to clog the Issues section with too many "Port from SoH to 2Ship" requests, so only one more from me for now:

The Running and Swimming Speed Modifiers in SoH are very nice for crossing long stretches of land and water faster, particularly in repeat playthroughs. Having those modifiers in 2Ship at some point would be equally nice.
