Cropping to a specific region and animating

Hello all,

Let me start by thanking the developer of Vitality Goes for creating a handy tool.
As the title of this discussion suggests, the animation is fantastic, but is there a way to crop a specific region on the full disk and animate that region only instead of the full disk, similar to the 'CreateVideos-ABI-SatDump.sh' script, for example?
