[Proper Tag] Descriptive Title

App Version
Time/Date it happened (if Error/Bug report)
Summary of Error/Bug or Explanation if feature request
Screenshot of the error message (if Error/Bug report)

Note: Applicable only (if Error/Bug report)
Attach these files (located under 'logs' subfolder within main app directory):

App_DB.log
App_ErrorLog.log
App_Log.log

Tags

[FEATURE REQUEST] - When requesting a new feature not in the App.
[BUG] - When reporting an error or bug found.
[CHANGE] - Request to change behaviour of feature and/or changes on UI.
