目前一道题如果在mapping.json里找不到对应的 ID，那么它将不会被写到本地。

我们希望改进这一现象，解决方法有两种：

既然我们现在已经有了自动更新mapping.json的爬虫，直接更新mapping.json即可
给它一个暂时题号9999，当Issues-33被解决后，这个暂时题号也会被自动覆盖
