Moderately sized DICOM study containing CT and RTSTRUCT series does not load #720

When trying to open this DICOM study from Imaging Data Commons, there are many errors in the console, and it never loads.

To download the files corresponding to this study you can do the following:

pip install --upgrade idc-index
idc download 1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.1078.3273.379853879295196145901394269408

At least on disk, it is not a huge study - less than 1 GB total.
