[QUESTION] Changelog and Versioning

Heyhey,

I got an update notification for the docker image a few days ago,
but noticed there was no changelog.
I typically check changes to see if any manual intervention might be necessary
especially for major updates.
Is the latest release just a minor update?

So far I am tracking the image digest of 'latest',
because the versioned tags seem to differ between 'X.Y.Z' and 'release-X.Y.Z'

Could you clear this up?

1. Is the 'latest' tag stable? Or should we stick to a versioned tag?
2. Is the changelog on each github release the correct one?
3. Whats up with the one on the website?
