Windows OS installation support

Awesome tool! Looking forward to using it.

I noticed this project is build with Electron, which would mean the project could be build for Windows too.
Is that an option?
Are there any blockers to allow installing on Windows?

In the releases, I did notice there are zip files for Windows and Linux: https://github.com/LovesWorking/rn-better-dev-tools/releases/tag/v1.1.0
After extracting, I was able to run the tool on Windows.
I followed the instructions in the readme, and I was able to connect my app to the tool.
However my app wouldn't run anymore, but that might be an issue on my side.

I haven't tested it on windows. You could try the example repo I have and see if it works.

I just had time to try it again and it works great 🎉

I have one feedback remark; I would like to use my own deviceId. However my device-id is stored in the Secure Storage, which requires an async call. But useSyncQueriesExternal excepts only a string, not an Promise. And the root layout does not support async calls. Wrapping the useSyncQueriesExternal in an thenable promise is also not supported.
