Feature Request: functionality equivalent to Documenter's warner.js

Documenter jl has warner.js to add a "warning" banner at the top of each page. Does such a feature exist in DocumenterVitepress? If not this is a feature request I guess :)

It doesn't, but it could be added relatively easily I think?

I could add an adds (warning) bar at the top, as a component, maybe useful also for highlighting news, events, releases.

I have a warner at https://github.com/thofma/Hecke.jl, see https://docs.hecke.thofma.com/v0.35.9/. But it stopped working after I updated DV and I am not sure I fixed it yet.
