Feature Update 1

Updated to Deli 0.3! Installation has changed, please review the new installation instructions.

If you are manually updating from a previous release, please also delete the old h3vr/mods/betterhands.deli and h3vr/mods/configs/betterhands.cfg files.

The config has moved locations to h3vr/deli/configs/betterhands.cfg and changed dramatically. It is recommended to reconfigure after starting the game at least once to generate the default config file.

  • Toggleable via RoundPalm config
• Added EasyPalmLoading toggle to mag palm configs
  • Enables easy mag loading for only the palmed mag. Not necessary if Easy Mag Reloading is already turned on via the ingame options panel
• Added CollisionPrevention toggle to mag palm configs
  • Attempts to prevent physics clanking by disabling palmed item collision when the player is moving above the set CollisionPreventionThreshold velocity
• Added Scale toggle to customization configs
  • FingerSize and PalmSize no longer change the interaction sphere visually, now they will only change the interaction area radius. Scale will apply the size adjustments to the visual interaction spheres now. Disable Scale if you want larger interaction radius without the interaction spheres obscuring your view
• Added MirroredGuns toggle to cheat configs
  • When using CursedPalms and holding a handgun or closed bolt weapon in both your hand and adjacent palm slot, firing will fire both weapons. Likely to break things, use at your own risk.
• Reworked palm slot system to be more performant
• Fixed a bug that broke harnessed guns when CursedPalm'ing them
• Fixed a bug that threw a null ref when loading a palmed mag into a quickbelt'd firearm

Installation

Requires BepInEx 5.4 and Deli 0.2.5.

Place betterhands.deli into h3vr/mods folder.
