Installation stuck on extracting Sideloader Zipmod Cache

I'm trying to install HF Patch 3.31 but the installation process is always stuck when extracting "sideloader_zipmod_cache.bin.0". I tried waiting, rebooting my pc, restarting the installation and completely reinstalling the game (and deleting the whole folder) but nothing seems to work. Is there maybe an older version of HF Patch that I can try?

This step can take a very, very long time depending on your disk speed. If you don't see any errors and didn't run out of free disk space then it should be working fine and finish eventually. You can check in task manager if it's doing something or not. If you downloaded through torrent you can verify downloaded files, though the patch already does that at installation start.
