Dot plots of putative mitogenomes vs final mitogenomes #90

We're not sure why the putative mitogenomes are as they are. Having dot plots helps see things like repeats clearly etc and is complementary to coverage information.

Take the list of putative mitogenomes and make a dot plot vs the final chosen one.
Options include:

  • Mummer
  • blast
  • dotlet
  • dgeneis
  • etc
