BGPMon had an API, we should have something similar to hook it into the NOC alerting system, here is the WSDL documentation https://api.bgpmon.net/soap/server.php?wsdl

I don't propose we need to do SOAP, but we need an API to do the following:

get a list of prefixes that are monitored
ability to add prefixes to be monitored
ability to remove prefixes to be monitored
get a list of current alerts
