Hi,
I have the Neurodesk App installed on my Mac (M2). After updating it last week, the module load system stopped working. I've tried removing both the Docker volume and image, but the issue persists. I’m not sure why it starts with the following message: Neuroimaging tools are accessible via the Neurodesktop Applications menu and running them through the menu will provide help and setup instructions. If you are familiar with the tools and you want to combine multiple tools in one script, you can run "ml av" to see which tools are available and then use "ml <tool>/<version>" to load them. CVMFS is disabled. Using local containers stored in /neurodesktop-storage/containers/modules/
I have tried different settings such as Offline/Online container mode. Could you please help me troubleshoot this?
Thanks,
Bartosz Kossowski
