[12.0 -> 13.0] Fail to delete constraint

Hello, I'm a problem when openupgrade clean things, after migrate. Error:

Any advice on how to fix it without deleting the operation in version 12?

No, only openupgrade, I hadn't even seen that pull request..., Should I try what you say about the sql statement?

How do you expect that to work if no migration scripts are provided for such module? Check the current coverage.

Sorry, I didn't check because I mistakenly thought the V13 scripts were done. My mistake. Thanks.

@pedrobaeza , I did create the issue because I don't sure if it's not a problem of OpenUpgrade,@pedrobaeza , I created the issue because I don't know if it is a bug in openupgrade or in the migrated installation. The migrated installation has no problem apparently, everything works fine.
