Hi. Open-Shell 4.4.169 on Windows 10. I had never enabled Open Windows Start menu on monitor with the mouse in the first place, but when I press the Windows key on my keyboard, the Windows Start menu opens on the monitor with the mouse. Toggling the checkbox makes no difference. I want the Start menu to always open on the same monitor (the main one). How can I make this (default) behaviour the actual behaviour? Thanks! |

Have just discovered this option only works after going to the Start Button tab, turning on Replace Start button, which enables the Show on all taskbars command. Turn off Show on all taskbars and Open Windows Start menu on monitor with the mouse finally works. If you turn off Replace Start button it continues to work but the Show on all taskbars control is once again disabled. (The setting isn't changed, but the control is disabled.) |
