Hi, this is a general question regarding 'isoseq classify'.
Is there any filtering for multimappers in 'isoseq classify' ?
For example, the L1 transcripts could be MAPQ0 (multi-map) with 'primary alignment', fulfilling the minimum coverage and the minimum identity.
I assume that these L1 transcripts will be retained in 'isoseq classify' according to the following QA, but I was unsure. #664
Thanks!
