Implement Triggers for :

• TaskCount -- number of tasks waiting at Processing Resource
  • Palladio-Analyzer-Slingshot-Extension-SPD-Interpreter Implement Trigger TaskCount #15
• QueueLength -- applicable to competing queue consumers only
  • Palladio-Analyzer-Slingshot-Extension-SPD-Interpreter Implement Trigger QueueLength #14

• Number of Elements -- in the Target Group
• NetworkUtilization -- requires Monitor for network utilization

• MemoryUtilization -- about RAM, but kinda depends on how PCM models this, what's it meaning in PCM context.
• HDDUtilization -- harddrive only; is it in PCM context redundant wrt. MemoryUtilization?
