详细描述

能够收发文件，存储文件，插件能够调用文件给大模型/插件使用
比如 ： 用户发送yaml,png文件可以插件直接存储到插件内读取人设，用户发送txt ppt 等文件插件交由专门大模型处理

再次提出，需要收发视频的事件，我想把我的插件视频生成也搓了
