The ‘Restore Files’ dialog and ‘Processing’ prompt appear unnecessarily when no item is selected

Describe the bug
The ‘Restore Files’ dialog appears with the message ‘Loading…’, even when no item is selected.
After clicking the ‘DONE’ button, a ‘Processing’ prompt is displayed, but no action is performed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on 'Hamburger' menu
2. Click on 'Trash Bin'
3. Long press to select an item
4. Click on 'v' icon
5. Click on 'Select Inverse'
6. Click on 'Restore' icon
7. Click on 'DONE' button

Expected behavior
The ‘Restore Files’ dialog should not appear if no item is selected.
Additionally, the ‘Restore’ action should be disabled when no files are selected to avoid unnecessary prompts.
