New bookmark can be created with an existing bookmark name, allowing duplicates

Describe the bug
A new bookmark can be created with a name that already exists.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on 'Hamburger' menu
2. Go to 'Settings'
3. Click on 'Interface'
4. Under 'Sidebar', go to 'Bookmarks'
5. Click on 'Add Item'
6. Enter an existing bookmark name
7. Press 'Create'

Expected behavior
The app should prevent creating a new bookmark with a name that already exists.

Additional context
After clicking the 'Back' icon and then clicking 'Bookmarks' again, the newly created bookmark disappears.
