'EDIT' button is enabled for bookmark name changes but disabled for directory changes, preventing saving the latter

Describe the bug
The 'EDIT' button is enabled and the change can be saved when changing the name in Step 3.
The 'EDIT' button is disabled and the change cannot be saved when changing the directory in Step 5.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on 'Edit' icon for the bookmark with an invalid address
2. Change the name
3. Click on 'EDIT' button
4. Click on 'Edit' icon for the bookmark with an invalid address
5. Change the directory

Expected behavior
The 'EDIT' button should be enabled for both name and directory changes, allowing the changes to be saved.
