[Bug]: Unable to install virtual audio driver

Describe the bug

Virtual Audio Driver fails to install. Install log shows error and VAD does not appear in Device Manager

Virtual Display Driver was installed earlier successfully

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and extract Virtual Driver Control
2. Run Virtual Driver Control and select from menu: Virtual Audio Driver -- System -- Install VAD

Expected behavior

Install and start VAD driver
