I've installed .net core, launching it just prompts to download it again, neither option (yes/no) launch the application.
I've restarted the system, checked that .net is properly installed with

dotnet --list-sdks
8.0.100-preview.6.23330.14 [C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk]

This project hasn't received any maintenance during the past 6 years. Moreover, it employs an outdated .NET framework that isn't supported on new systems. The primary reason for this is that nobody, including myself, is using this program. As a result, I have no intention of expending any more effort on updating it. If you wish to use it and are familiar with .NET application development, you can attempt to migrate it to the new .NET framework and then build it for your own usage.
